I am an experienced global business leader, board member, consultant and accredited executive coach. I worked for 20 years at Hay Group, the global management consultancy, in a number of roles including Global Managing Director, Mature Markets, Global Services Leader and for 8 years Managing Director for the UK business and on the European Leadership team. I was also a member of the Board and the Global Leadership Team. I learned a lot about working globally, leading large teams and working with the complex needs of clients. Before joining Hay group, I was an HR Director.
Since 2016, I have chosen to embark on a third career joining other exceptional colleagues in setting up a different kind of consultancy business – smaller -yes- but totally focused on working with our clients to support them in delivering change for their organisation and their people. It has given me the opportunity to get back to working directly with clients on issues that matter to them and to me. To see the result of a new business emerging, growing and making an impact in the world is also truly rewarding. I am also a Board advisor on OD and change for a leading charity, a Trustee for the local Citizen’s Advice Bureau and a regular judge at the Management Consultancy Association Awards.
My background within consulting and in-house leadership roles has provided me the chance to work across geographies, cultures, sectors and industries. My most recent role before Claridade was leading a global team of experts to develop and deliver innovative development interventions across Asia, the Americas, Europe and Australia. An occupational psychologist by background, my work in talent management has covered the development and assessment of individuals from front line to senior executives, coaching, team development as well as competency & psychometrics expertise.The opportunity to establish Claridade has allowed me the opportunity to leverage all these experiences and focus them into an new and exciting approach to working with clients, truly people led, innovative and built on 70+ years of experience between our founders!
I am an experienced business leader, consultant and staunch advocate of diversity. I have been fortunate in my career to combine my two passions of helping people and organisations to grow and to do so with a curious and inclusive mindset. My background is voluntary and public sector before spending 16 years working for Hay Group. I was a partner and Global Services Development Director giving me the opportunity to work with companies around the world bringing learning to life by designing thought provoking and challenging developmental experiences. My passion is working with clients to help them to develop a clear sense of purpose and be the best they can be for their colleagues, those they serve, their customers and partners. Setting up Claridade and working with like minded people has been a dream come true.
As Claridade’s exec. administrative specialist, my role is in ensuring our clients experience great service whenever they interact with us. I have previous experience as an HR Business Partner with a large corporate retailer, experience which is put to good use in my role with Claridade. Working closely with Lesley, Karl and Lubna, as well as the associate team, I ensure that each process involved in Claridade delivery is both seamless and focused on great customer experience. My roles range from client engagement, project coordination, finance and invoicing as well as supporting on business development and service deliverables.

I am a psychologist and leadership coach and have been working as an associate with Claridade since 2017. I spent the early part of my career in the NHS followed by a decade working with a leading global consultancy firm. Over the last ten years I have enjoyed the variety and independence offered by working freelance. My focus is on business and personal coaching, executive assessment and leadership development. What ties these together is a desire to support people and organisations in understanding themselves and others better in order to release their potential. I am an advocate of lifelong learning and am fascinated by how our thinking about ourselves and the world we inhabit affects our performance and fulfilment.

I am an experienced consultant and occupational psychologist, with a passion for bringing insights from the world of psychology to the business world. My career has included a number of in-house leadership development roles in the financial services sector for organisations including JPMorgan, HSBC and ABN Amro , as well as working for international management consultancy, The Hay Group; providing me with broad experience working with a variety of different clients across different sectors and geographies. My areas of focus include executive assessment, leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing.

I am an experienced management consultant with over 15 years’ experience in Asia Pacific. I specialise in helping organisations build their capability through managing, developing and motivating their people to deliver outstanding results. My work includes assessment and coaching of individuals for personal development and career progression, as well as organisation wide development programmes, working with leaders to bring out the best in their employees to drive performance. My experience spans multiple geographies with several years spent working in New Delhi, India.

I have been involved in and led significant organisational & leadership change and effectiveness projects over the last 20 years. Previously, a global partner with a People and Organisation global consultancy (Hay Group / Korn Ferry) where I led sectors and managed key multinational client relationships. I am passionate about working with leaders to positively impact their organisations and to support them implementing their strategies. I have been a Claridade associate since 2018.
I have over 25 years’ experience in leadership and top team development across financial services, communications, hi-tech industries, retail, health, education, and local and central government. I have worked closely with departments of state in the UK government to create and deliver a leadership curriculum for senior civil servants. I have facilitated public and private sector boards and executive teams to enhance their strategic leadership effectiveness. I enable executives to create their own learning journeys, based on real business needs, the shared experience of the leadership team, and each individual’s personal ambitions. In particular, I encourage leaders to inspire sustained productivity gains by focusing their attention on the development and motivation of their people.
